The membership application process is fast and easy!

 1.  Click on Join HAA 

and choose the appropriate membership level. 

2.  Fill out the online application form and click submit. The information about you and your clinic will be included on your profile in the HAA Acupuncturist Directory. 

 3.  Payment may be made by check, credit card or PayPal.                                                                                           

Checks may be mailed to: HAA at  PO Box 104, Kamuela, HI 96743                                 

 If you prefer to use a credit card or PayPal you may send an email to haamember@aol.com to request an invoice.  

4.  You will receive a notification by email when your application is approved. Your profile will appear in the Acupuncturist Directory and you may add additional information such as a photo and an introductory bio. You may update your profile at your convenience.
